Description

NOTE: This maintenance has been changed to July 7th. Dear Lightcrest Customer, We are augmenting our DNS infrastructure to include additional off-site server locations as a pre-emptive precaution against DOS and other attacks. This will allow for even more robust and reliable DNS services going forward. Our NOC is planning to make this transition Thursday, July 7th, at 11:00:00 AM PDT. There should be no disruption to any services for our customers or Lightcrest internal systems. If you do not have any zones hosted with Lightcrest, no action needs to be taken. This is an announcement that a maintenance window has been created to address the ROBOT vulnerability in shared NetScaler network device infrastructure. In order to address customer concerns of receiving an 'F' grade on security scans after the SSL Labs cutoff of Feb 1. 2018, we are scheduling this update for tomorrow night at 2018-01-30 20:00:00 PST - 2018-01-30 22:00:00 PST Although there are 2 hours allocated for the maintenance window, we expect there to only be a brief disturbance of several seconds to 5 minutes. If you are on shared NetScaler infrastructure (meaning you do not have a dedicated NetScaler instance), you can expect a very brief outage. Dedicated NetScaler customers have been notified directly of either a corresponding window, or will be notified of a separate maintenance window going forward.
